Decorator Lesya inherited an old sideboard and used it as her canvas to practice various furniture makeover techniques. The transformation began with a thorough cleaning and degreasing, followed by removing the mirrors, handles, and all hardware.
She sanded down the lacquered surface and used an old iron to heat and peel off the veneer from the edges. Any chips and cracks were carefully filled with wood filler.
To give the doors a unique touch, Lesya applied stencils for decorative patterns and crafted raised elements using Darwi Classic air-dry modeling paste, turning the once-forgotten sideboard into a stunning piece of art.
