I spotted this old chair at the dump and brought it home 🤔 I had to completely change the chair, but it was worth it! 😍 Instead of the previous floral print, I got the idea to make it a deep green color 🥰 After a few hours, the chair looked like new 😲 I’m showing the result in the link in the comments 👇👇

I spotted this old chair in the trash and of course I couldn’t pass it by. Although it looked worn and forgotten, there was still elegance in its form, a hint of its former beauty.
I didn’t think long – I quickly took it home before anyone could intercept it. First, I stripped off the old upholstery, took the chair apart, and appreciated its condition.

The frame turned out to be strong, but the fabric had long since lost its appearance, and the filling was crumbling.
I had to completely change the chair, but it was worth it! Instead of the previous floral print, I came up with the idea of making it a deep green color – noble, fresh, reminiscent of the coolness of the forest.
I had the same stool at home in a similar color, so they would complement each other perfectly.

I found a thick, velvety fabric that was pleasant to the touch and emphasized the elegance of the chair.
I decided not to touch the wooden structure, I just updated it – I sanded it lightly and covered it with a protective varnish to preserve the natural shade of the wood.
Now the chair looked not like discarded junk, but like a vintage find, as if from an expensive antique store.

Sitting in it after a long day of work, I realized that this chair had found a new life, and now my home has a special object with a history that I created myself.
