An 18-month-old daughter warms the hearts of 1.2 million people with her beautiful request to her mother.

A mother’s bond with her child has no bounds. It’s arguably the purest kind of love on the earth.

Even when separated by a massive wooden door, it remains unconditional and eternal love.
That’s what we observed in a remarkable viral video that was just shared on YouTube.

The tiny girl, Ivy, stood calmly outside the bathroom door as her mother had a shower inside.
It wasn’t, though, since Ivy had to use the restroom. You could ask why she was outside.

The cute child, it turned out, was simply searching for a snuggle from Mom.
When you’re searching for a huge hug, it can seem like a lifetime, especially at her age. Ivy was about 18 months old when the video was recorded.

Even though it wasn’t her birthday, she was still being pushed around in a baby carriage and chanting “happy birthday” to herself (it’s adorable).

Ivy is already standing up and exploring the house.
This means Mom can no longer flee. If Ivy needs a hug, she can find her mother anywhere in the home and demand it immediately quickly.

Ivy will want a hug even if her mother is in the shower.

Ivy states in the video, “I want Mommy.”

She stands just outside the restroom door, her eyes as sorrowful as we’ve ever seen them.
They’ve only been together for a few minutes, but it’s evident she needs some mommy time.

When Mom discovers her darling daughter is out there, she yells Ivy’s name. This simply inspires the small girl, who then gently knocks on the wooden door. She’s too short to reach the door handle and open it herself, so she had to knock and wait.

Dad is also outside, watching and recording the scene.

Fortunately, Ivy does not have to wait long.
The door swings open in an instant, revealing Mom.

Ivy’s eyes brighten as she sees her adored parent.
Hugging a youngster can bring reassurance, comfort, and even healing. Love is a crucial consideration. Mom scoops Ivy into her arms, and her entire manner changes in an instant.

«She reminds me of those old-fashioned Dollys whose eyelids open and close when lifted and lowered.» One YouTube commentator calls the video “GORGEOUS.”

It’s a beautiful sight, but it’s quite common.
Several other mothers posted similar accounts in the video’s comments section. Chaz Nonya, a mother, shared the following humorous story.

“My child screamed every time I tried to shower when she was born.” When she was able to walk, she made sure I never shower alone. When we finally moved out (she was 23) and I had a shower, I called her and said, “Guess what?! ” «You have a peaceful shower?” she inquired, knowingly. We both laughed. »

Mothers and daughters share an unshakable link that nearly guarantees they will annoy each other for the rest of their lives. There is always one person you can rely on when you need a hug. The person’s name is Mom.
