A 28-year-old woman reveals the raw truth about how pregnancy dramatically changes her face.

Some of the most commonly discussed pregnancy symptoms are morning sickness, weight gain, strange cravings, and swelling breasts. Most people may even compliment a pregnant woman’s beautiful skin. However, in some situations, a pregnant lady may have significant symptoms in her face, which leads us to Farah’s story.

She bravely shares her pregnancy experience on social media.

She sends a message stating, “My face has changed 100%.” Farah notes that the pimples appeared two months into her pregnancy.

These pimples commonly appear due to an increase in hormones during the first trimester. This symptom is more likely to occur if you have a history of acne flare-ups throughout your menstrual period.

Her face became itchy and her nose is swollen.

Farah also says how itchy her face has become, and how her nose has swelled. Swelling is a normal pregnancy symptom. It’s even called “pregnancy nose.”

Because of increased blood flow in your body during pregnancy, your nose may grow in size. It can cause your blood vessels to grow, resulting in a notably bigger nose.

She reminisces on her face before pregnancy.

Farah reminisces on X after uploading her before and after pics, posting more of her pre-pregnancy photos. She captioned it, “Wish I could go back to this skin again.” In another post, where she shares several pre-pregnancy photos, she writes, “Save it here, to remind myself that all of this is temporary, and my face will be like this again.”

People are supporting Farah.

Fortunately, everyone has assured Farah that it is normal to experience these symptoms. Some have stated, “You are a warrior to be able to be open about it,” “Beauty comes from inside that’s why you have a very supportive husband,” “Don’t worry, Sis. This is only temporary. You’re a strong woman.”

Sharing such a vulnerable event with the world is quite brave. Farah has helped raise awareness about some of the most difficult symptoms to deal with throughout pregnancy. Now, pregnancy affects not only your appearance, but also your brain.
