Hi there! I’m 20 years old and was born with a unilateral cleft lip and palate. Over the years, I’ve had to undergo multiple major surgeries, though up until recently, they were all focused on function rather than appearance.

After a long period of uncertainty and fear, I finally found the confidence to address the aesthetic side of my cleft. I recently had a complex rhinoplasty, along with a small fat graft to the cleft side of my lip.
And honestly, I’m thrilled with the results! It’s only been about six weeks since the surgery, but the positive impact on my self-esteem has already been incredible.

My main goal was to achieve a natural-looking nose that harmonizes with my features — and I truly believe the surgical team exceeded expectations.
With each passing day, the swelling goes down and the outcome continues to improve. For the first time, I feel proud and secure enough to share my face publicly. I’m excited to open up about my journey and hopefully offer some visibility and encouragement to others living with facial differences.
