Vicky Pattison stunned fans after allowing a dog to lick directly inside her mouth during a video shared on Instagram.
The 37-year-old TV personality, known for Geordie Shore, Ex on the Beach, and Judge Geordie, posted the clip on Aug. 22 in collaboration with pet food brand Butternut Box as part of its YouTube series Walkies.
In the video, filmed outdoors, Pattison sat with her dogs Max and Milo, alongside another woman. At one point, one of the dogs leaned in and began licking inside her mouth. Laughing, Pattison apologized and explained, “You know, it makes them happy.” When the other woman admitted she sometimes does the same, Pattison excitedly leaned in for another kiss from her pup.
The internet, however, was far from impressed. Many viewers expressed their disgust in the comments. “What did I just watch? 😮” one wrote. Another added, “Can I unsee this?” Some highlighted health concerns, noting that dogs carry bacteria and often eat unsanitary things. Others tried to make light of the moment, joking, “The dogs get better kisses than me 😂🤣.”
As the backlash grew, Pattison responded to the criticism with humor, commenting, “This did not go down well 😂.”
