Kelly Osbourne has opened up about the final days she shared with her father, the late Ozzy Osbourne, who died in July at age 76. During a deeply emotional episode of The Osbournes Podcast on Wednesday, Nov. 12, Kelly joined Sharon and Jack Osbourne to reflect on their last moments with the legendary rocker.
“Everyone got their time with him,” Jack, 40, said. He recalled how unexpected circumstances — like his kids catching a stomach flu — kept him from traveling abroad and allowed him precious time with his dad. “A lot of things aligned… it sounds strange, but there was something almost perfect about how it all happened. There was nothing left unsaid. No lingering ‘I wish we had done this.’”
Kelly, 41, fought back tears. “I just wanted more time,” she said.
“You’ll always want more time,” Jack gently reminded her.
Sharon, 73, echoed the sentiment. “Time is everything. You can’t buy it, you can’t replace it. And this has shown us, more than anything, how precious it really is.”
Kelly then revealed the single regret that still pains her. Every morning, she said, she would hear her father coming down the stairs and call out, “Morning, Dada, I love you!”
“And he’d always say, ‘I love you more,’” she remembered.
“But on the morning he died… I didn’t say it.”
Sharon comforted her daughter: “He knew. He always knew.”
Sharon added that Ozzy was far more aware than people realized. “He acted spaced out sometimes, but he picked up on everything.”

Ozzy’s death was officially attributed to a heart attack, though he had faced years of health challenges, including Parkinson’s disease.
Later in the episode, Sharon reflected on how her husband would react to the outpouring of love since his passing. “He wouldn’t believe it,” she said. “He never understood how adored he truly was — and that was part of his charm. He never took anything for granted.”
