Bianca Censori has opened up about her future with husband Kanye West, revealing that the couple has discussed the possibility of starting a family of their own.
In her first public interview, Censori spoke with Vanity Fair about her relationship with the rapper and designer, sharing that while having children together is something they’ve considered, there’s no set timeline. “Is there ever really a perfect time to have kids?” she said, noting that the conversation is ongoing rather than planned.
Censori is already a stepmother to West’s four children — North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm — whom he shares with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.

If the couple does decide to have a child, they may choose to raise them outside of Los Angeles. Censori explained that West is deeply uncomfortable with paparazzi culture, particularly when it involves children. She pointed to a recent family trip to Disneyland that was heavily photographed, which left them both frustrated.
“It’s something my husband and I talk about,” she said. “He really struggles with the idea that people feel entitled to photograph kids.”

Despite Censori’s comments about wanting to expand her family, sources previously told PEOPLE that her marriage to West has faced challenges. One insider claimed Censori had attempted to leave the relationship multiple times before West sought professional help.
In a January email interview with Vanity Fair, West said he experienced a severe depressive episode linked to an antipsychotic medication and spent time in a rehabilitation facility in Switzerland. The rapper, who has openly discussed living with bipolar disorder, has long been described by those close to him as caught in a cycle of instability, remorse and emotional strain.

West has also faced widespread backlash in recent years for antisemitic statements, which led to major professional consequences, including the end of his partnership with Adidas in 2022 and legal disputes connected to his Yeezy brand.
Throughout the controversy, Censori remained publicly silent. In her interview, she clarified that she does not hold antisemitic views and said her focus at the time was on supporting her husband rather than managing public perception. “I wasn’t thinking about PR,” she said. “I was focused on him and on myself, knowing that eventually I’d have the chance to make my own stance clear.”
