She’s working hard.

To stay fit and in shape, she works hard at the gym. She even celebrated her birthday a few days ago among the exercise machines. She got it on on the treadmill and the stationary bike, and if she told you she was celebrating her 55th birthday, you would probably believe her.

“I never thought I would spend my birthday working out, let alone a 72-minute workout! But as I get older, I fully realize that having a body that can handle the treadmill, bike, stairs, ski trainer, and every machine that Coach Peter puts in my way is a privilege,” she wrote on her Instagram.

She also shared a video of herself lifting a rather large barbell. “Life at 72 looks different than it did in any other decade. Two years ago and with two new knees, I decided to add weight training to my workouts because we all need to maintain muscle as we age,” she wrote, urging her fans not to be afraid of new things in their lives. She says it always pays to try. “You never know where it will take you,” Oprah Winfrey added.
