A notable moment during the Oscars: Teyana Taylor gets into an altercation with a security guard as she tries to reach the stage. He blocked her path with his body and grabbed her to prevent her from walking onto the stage.

Anna Wintour presents Oscar with Anne Hathaway
Anna Wintour presented the Oscars for Best Costume Design and Best Hair & Make-up together with Anne Hathaway in Los Angeles on Sunday night/Monday morning. The duo attracted a lot of attention on social media, partly thanks to a funny reference to the film The Devil Wears Prada.
In the 2006 film, Anne plays the assistant to Miranda Priestly, the strict editor-in-chief of a fashion magazine based on Anna. When Anne took the stage with the fashion icon, she asked Anna what she thought of her outfit.

Barbra Streisand honors Robert Redford with a performance
Barbra Streisand has paid a musical tribute to actor Robert Redford. The 83-year-old actress and singer performed the song “The Way We Were” from her film of the same name during the In Memoriam segment, in which stars who passed away in the past year were remembered.
She called the actor a “pillar of support, both in front of and behind the camera.” “He was thoughtful and daring. I called him an intellectual cowboy who forged his own path and won the Academy Award for Best Director, and I miss him now more than ever, even though he loved to tease me.”

Best Actor
Michael B. Jordan has won the Oscar for Best Actor. The 39-year-old star received the statuette for his dual role in the film Sinners . In the vampire film, he plays two criminal twin brothers in 1930s Mississippi.
Jordan thanked his family, and especially his father from Ghana, who was also in the audience. He specifically mentioned Ryan Coogler, the director of Sinners, with whom he has been working for years: “I am happy to call you my friend and that we work together.”

Big winner One Battle After Another
The film One Battle After Another won the Oscar for Best Picture in the night from Sunday to Monday. The black comedy by director Paul Thomas Anderson was the big winner of the evening with a total of six statuettes. In addition to the award for Best Picture
, One Battle also won the awards for Best Director, Screenwriter, Editing, and Casting. Actor Sean Penn won the award for Best Supporting Actor.

Conan O’Brien offers Martin Short words of encouragement

According to American media, Katherine Hartley Short took her own life. She was one of the three adopted children of Martin Short and Nancy Dolman. Following the news, the 75-year-old actor has taken a break from his comedy shows with Steve Martin and was not present at the Oscar ceremony.
