Courteney Cox (61) has reportedly broken up with her Irish boyfriend Johnny McDaid (49) of the rock band Snow Patrol.
At least, that is what American sources claim.
Stormy love with Johnny
The Friends actress saw her marriage to David Arquette, with whom she has daughter Coco, end after eleven years in 2010. It was Johnny who brought her new happiness, but their relationship has always been stormy. For instance, they got engaged in early 2015, only to break up later that year. They reconciled in 2016, but there was no further talk of a wedding. During the coronavirus crisis, Courteney stayed in America while Johnny was in England. Many feared at the time that their long-distance relationship would not last, but when travel became possible again, Johnny rushed to Courteney to pick up where they left off. “They seemed like a strong couple,” writes US Weekly. “But now it seems to be over after all. Johnny was often absent. He sometimes stayed in England for long periods with his rock band. Courteney would then stay behind alone in America. Perhaps the distance eventually became too much for them.” The split has not yet been officially confirmed. However, rumors are circulating loudly in Los Angeles and New York. Especially since Courteney was seen in The Big Apple on a date with someone else. And it is said to be a married man!

Spicy
‘Courteney has already been on a few dates with 62-year-old actor Greg Kinnear,’ according to news agency Backgrid. ‘We photographed them, among other times, when they went out to dinner together in the Tribeca neighborhood. Afterward, we also saw them go to a cocktail bar. They did everything they could to avoid being photographed together. For instance, they went inside separately when they noticed the photographer. But it was clear that they were there together.’
Married actor
But Greg, known from films such as As Good As It Gets and You’ve Got Mail, is still married – he married British Helen Labdon (56) in 1999. Remarkably, she has not accompanied her husband on the red carpet in recent months.
