The internet is buzzing with discussions about a fascinating “weather-optical” phenomenon observed in the sky above Moscow. Last week, an unusually shaped cloud was spotted over the capital, and an eyewitness captured it on their mobile phone.
Meteorologists quickly explained the phenomenon, attributing it to an optical effect rather than a meteorological one: due to the rapid mixing of air masses in the sky above Moscow, ice crystals formed, which, when illuminated by the Sun, created this unusual visual display.
However, this simple explanation hasn’t satisfied some internet users. One person claims that his wife and daughter, who were near the strange cloud, experienced a time shift. They supposedly drove into a wall of rain in the Moscow region near Krasnogorsk, only to find themselves moments later inside the Moscow Ring Road, in the Kuncevo area.
Many viewers also believe they spotted a UFO emerging from the “strange” cloud. The flying object is visible around the 5-6 second mark of the video.
