Javier Botet is a Spanish actor who became famous for his creepy roles as monsters and ghosts in horror films.
His unusual appearance is not the result of makeup or computer graphics, but a consequence of a rare genetic disorder – Marfan syndrome.
Because of this, Javier is very tall (about two meters tall), unusually thin, with elongated limbs and long fingers. But, instead of considering this a disadvantage, he made an advantage out of his peculiarity.
Since childhood, Javier has been fascinated by cinema, especially the horror genre. His dream of becoming an actor seemed impossible, given his appearance and physical features.
