Found a strange thing on the side of the road, thought it was someone’s brain, but the truth turned out to be worse

I found this strange thing on the side of the road and immediately thought it was some animal’s brain 😲 I carefully picked it up with a stick and took a closer look. Inside were many small pieces, the consistency was like rubber and there was a very strange smell 😱 I even wanted to call the police, but suddenly I realized what it was 😲😲

I was walking along a country road, not suspecting anything , when suddenly out of the corner of my eye I noticed some strange thing at the side of the road. Gray, slightly flattened, with some kind of convolutions .

Curiosity got the better of me – I carefully lifted it with a stick and took a closer look. Inside were many small lobules, like a slice of the brain .The consistency was like rubber. Horrible. To be honest, I shuddered.I thought: ” What if these are brains ?.. Maybe of an animal? Or, it’s scary to imagine… a person?” My heart started pounding.

Out of fear and confusion, I took a photo of the find and posted it on the Internet with the caption:

“What is this? Found it on the road. Looks like a brain. Should I call the police ?” The comments started pouring in almost immediately. Some wrote that it might be a mushroom. Others said it might be the entrails of a wild animal. But one woman, who, judging by her profile, had several dogs, cleared everything up. Her answer was simple and deadly accurate:

“You found and opened up dog poop. Someone‘s dog ate a bunch of papertowels. Dogs can’t digest that stuff, so that’s what this… scary thing is .”

I felt both ashamed and amused. Ashamed for my imagination. Amused because I almost called the police over a piece of poop stuffed with paper towels.
