Identical twins engaged to the same man finally answer the question everyone’s been asking for years

Anna and Lucy DeCinque — Australian identical twins who often refer to themselves as the “world’s most identical twins” — are both engaged to the same man. The pair, known for openly sharing their polyamorous relationship with their fiancé Ben, have finally responded to the one question fans have been asking for over 15 years.

The twins rose to fame on the reality series Extreme Sisters, where viewers watched their unusually intertwined lives. Anna and Lucy truly share everything: they eat the same food in identical portions, undergo the same cosmetic procedures, shower together, and even use the bathroom at the same time. They say this extreme level of closeness has strengthened their bond and even simplified their love life.

They met Ben through social media more than 15 years ago. In a TikTok video, they explained that they both kissed him the night they first met — and instantly knew they were equally attracted to him. Shortly after, they messaged him on Facebook asking, “Can we share you?” At first, Ben assumed it was a prank, but eventually agreed.

Appearing on the Australian TV show Hughesy, We Have a Problem, the twins showed just how in sync they are, often speaking simultaneously. They insist there’s absolutely no jealousy in their relationship. If Ben shows affection to one twin, he immediately does the same for the other. They also share the same bed, even during intimate moments.

Ben himself is also a twin, though his brother is not part of their relationship. As Ben put it, the twins “feel like one person,” so he treats them as such.

On TikTok, the trio revealed they still haven’t set a wedding date, but emphasized again how balanced and loving the relationship is. When fans asked the one question everyone wonders — whether Ben ever confuses the two — the twins answered simply:

“No.”
