The couple’s love story reached a new milestone just as the year came to a close. After getting engaged on Christmas Eve 2024, they officially became husband and wife only moments before welcoming 2026 — turning New Year’s Eve into a celebration they will never forget.

The Women’s Intercontinental Champion, Sydney “Maxxine Dupri” Zmrzel, and her longtime partner Anthony “Kam Hendrix” Luke exchanged vows on December 31 in Florida. The intimate yet star-studded ceremony brought together family, friends, and a large circle of fellow wrestlers, making the night feel as much like a reunion as a wedding. The newlyweds shared exclusive details of their big day with People, giving fans a glimpse into the joyful occasion.

Luke, a former American football player who later signed with WWE’s developmental program, proposed to Zmrzel on Christmas Eve in 2024. Just over a year later, they made it official in front of approximately 180 guests. Among those in attendance were several well-known names from the wrestling world, including Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, Otis, Chelsea Green, Shayna Baszler, Indi Hartwell, Karrion Kross, Scarlett Bordeaux, Deonna Purrazzo, Matt Cardona, and Steve Maclin. Chelsea Green even shared snapshots from the celebration on social media, giving fans a peek at the glamorous evening.

Although both are now part of WWE, the couple’s relationship began long before their current careers aligned. Reflecting on their journey, the 28-year-old Zmrzel described the moment as deeply emotional, saying it felt almost unreal to be celebrating nearly seven years together with the wedding they had always dreamed of. She spoke of overwhelming happiness, gratitude, and excitement for the future they are building side by side.
While many newlyweds head straight off on a honeymoon, this power couple has little time to slow down. The honeymoon will have to wait — Maxxine Dupri is set to defend her championship against Becky Lynch on the very first Raw of 2026.
