Chelsea Falcetti, a 34-year-old mother of four, never expected a lighthearted moment at work to go viral. Speaking to PEOPLE, she explained that she had brought her youngest daughter, Frankie, to The Plan — the hair salon she owns in Holyoke, Massachusetts — for the day.
While at the salon, Falcetti and her receptionist were laughing and decided to film a playful TikTok just for fun. “We put a salon cape on her as a joke,” Falcetti said. “One of our extension clients was kind enough to let us borrow some hair, and suddenly the idea just snowballed.”

In the now-viral clip, baby Frankie is seen sitting upright in a salon chair as her mom carefully clips hair extensions onto the back of her head. To sell the illusion, Falcetti tops it off with a beanie, making it look as though the baby has a full set of long, flowing locks. The camera zooms in on Frankie’s wide-eyed reaction before she breaks into a big smile and starts clapping, clearly entertained by the moment.
The video was posted with the caption: “Fresh new pair of 22s for tha babyyy #beingagirlisfun,” and quickly racked up views, likes, and comments across social media.

Falcetti admitted she hoped the video might also bring a little attention to her salon. “We figured — who doesn’t love cute baby content?” she said. “It was completely spontaneous and meant to be harmless fun.”
According to her mom, Frankie’s easygoing personality made the moment even smoother. As the youngest sibling, she’s used to being around activity and attention. “She sat so well, loved looking at herself in the mirror, and seemed genuinely curious about everything going on,” Falcetti added.
What started as a playful joke turned into a viral hit — and an internet-approved reminder that sometimes the cutest moments happen by accident.
