Conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel, best known for their reality TV past, have been seen once more with a baby in tow.

On Wednesday, August 27, the sisters were photographed outside the Minnesota school where they teach, carrying a baby in a car seat. According to exclusive photos and video obtained by The U.S. Sun, the twins chatted with a colleague before taking the baby inside the school. The child reportedly stayed for about half an hour, meeting some of their coworkers.

Abby and Brittany — dicephalic parapagus twins, meaning they share one body but have two heads — have not revealed the baby’s identity. Neither the sisters nor Abby’s husband, Josh Bowling, have commented publicly.
This marks the second time in recent weeks they’ve been spotted with the child. Earlier in August, TMZ published photos of the twins running errands while carrying the infant in a car seat, which they loaded into a black Tesla.

Abby and Josh Bowling married in 2021, though news of their wedding wasn’t made public until 2024, when records confirming the ceremony surfaced. Through the marriage, Abby also became stepmother to Bowling’s daughter from his first marriage, Isabella.
